All funds raised will be used directly to support HKANC‘s services and programs. Here are some event details which might be helpful in planning your evening. 1. What time is registration? Gala doors open promptly at 5:30 PM with a networking cocktail reception at Gallery 1 & 2, and Dinner follows at 6:30 PM in the Ritz-Carlton Ballroom. 2. When will I receive my tickets for the event? No tickets will be distributed for the event. Instead, a guest list and name tags with table assignment information will be created for admission to the gala. Just provide your name or the name of your party to our volunteers when you arrive. 3. Is there any coat check services? Yes, a coat check service is available next to the event entrance. 4. Are drinks included in the ticket price? HKANC will be serving white & red wines. A hotel cash bar is also available. Please drink responsibly. 5. What is the attire for the event? Black tie and red carpet attire is highly encouraged, but business formal is also appropriate. 6. Where can I find parking? A reduced valet parking fee of $40.00 per car will be extended to all guests attending the event. Valet parking is first come, first serve for non-hotel guests at the Ritz-Carlton San Francisco.
