Frequently Asked Questions Thank you very much for supporting the HKANC 40th Anniversary Gala on March 16, 2024 at the Four Seasons Hotel, San Francisco . All funds raised will be used directly to support the HKANC’s services and programs. Here are some event details which might be helpf ul in planning your evening. 1. What time is registration? Gala doors open promptly at 5:00 PM with a networking cocktail reception at Veranda Pre-function, and Dinner follows at 6:00 PM in the Veranda Ballroom. 2. When will I receive my tickets for the event? No tickets will be distributed for the event. Instead, a guest list and name tags with table assignment information will be created for admission to the gala. Just provide your name or the name of your party to our volunteers when you arrive. 3. Is there any coat check services? Yes, a coat check service is available next to the event entrance. 4. Are drinks included in the ticket price? HKANC will serve white & red wines. A hotel cash bar is also available. Card or contactless payments are accepted. Please drink responsibly. 5. What is the attire for the event? Black tie and red carpet attire is highly encouraged, but business formal is also appropriate. 6. Where can I find parking? A reduced valet parking fee of $50.00 per car will be extended to all guests attending the event. Please note that the valet parking address is 217 Stevenson Street, the entrance is accessed from Third Street, not Market Street. Valet parking is first come, first serve. Please let us know if you would like to purchase the valet parking pass in advance to avoid wait time. In addition, there are other garages within a short walk from the event. 7. What portion of the sponsorship or event ticket is tax-deductible? HKANC services and programs are made possible by sponsors/donors at the Annual Gala.
