Wrap up

This was an in-depth webinar that offered a ton of information for how businesses in different sizes navigate during this pandemic and moving forward. Reopening into the “new normal” will be a work in progress for everyone, including employers. This said, with a few limited exceptions, employers will be expected to comply with existing federal, state, and local legal obligations. We highly encourage you to consult experienced legal counsel early and often!
