HKBANC Scholarship Foundation 24th Annual Golf Tournament Tees Off for the Next Generation
On September 21, 2026, the HKANC Scholarship Foundation successfully hosted its 24th Annual Fundraising Golf Tournament at The Club at Ruby Hill in Pleasanton, bringing together business and community leaders, supporters, scholars, and golf enthusiasts for a meaningful day of friendly competition and giving back.
Over the years, the Scholarship Foundation has awarded more than $465,000 in scholarships, helping generations of students pursue their educational goals.

This year, we were proud to recognize five outstanding students:
Justin Kwan — University of California, Berkeley
Ian Lin — Stanford University
Brandon Tang — University of California, Berkeley
Milly Wong — Stanford University
Wing Yan Wu — University of California, Berkeley
We were especially delighted to have our scholarship recipients join us at the tournament and meet members and supporters of the HKBANC community. Their accomplishments are a reminder of why this tournament has remained such an important HKBANC tradition for 24 years.
Congratulations to all five recipients! We look forward to seeing where their education, talents, and ambitions take them next.
A Day of Golf, Community and Meaningful Connections
Following the shotgun start, golfers took to the beautiful course at The Club at Ruby Hill for an afternoon filled with friendly competition, networking, and plenty of fun.
Congratulations to Mr. Peter Wong and his team, who captured the title of 2026 Tournament Champion!
Celebrating 24 Years of Giving Back
During the evening program, HKBANC Chair Margaret Wong welcomed guests and reflected on HKBANC's continuing work to connect and strengthen the Northern California business community while supporting the next generation.
Iris Wong, Deputy Director of the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in San Francisco also shared remarks with guests and joined HKBANC in recognizing the importance of the longstanding relationships among the Hong Kong, business, and professional communities in Northern California.
The evening was ultimately about much more than golf: it was a celebration of education, community, and investing in future talent.
